I suggest that if you're a person who likes to make their comp look better by changing their skin to download windows blinds. its also avaiable for free at www.stardock.com I personally dont like changing cursors, but if you do they also have a program that enables you to change your cusrsor and download different cursors there. i think wincustomize also has the BEST wallpapers from all the wallpapers i have seen on the internet for the past decade... Wincustomize is also dynamic because it enables the user to read the reviews of the skins and the ratings. Fact: it has over 4,500 original wallpapers which is amazing.
